Clear Creek LLC is the lifelong dream of the Principal to establish an affordable solution for training, certification and operational enhancements to the cleaning industry. Clear Creek desires to provide solutions across all forms of social media and the internet.
Rod Pollard, BSM, CHESP, CCE
Founder and Principal
Rod is a versatile and proactive leader with over 43 years successful experience of management and consulting in the FM Service Operations area. He has successfully developed and implemented innovative strategies that enhance department and customer’s operations. Over his distinguished career, Rod has provided solutions-based leadership for a wide-range of environments and customers.
Rod founded the predecessor to Clear Creek, OAHE in 2015, and saw it grow in membership from a just a few to over 90 in three short years. With a wide variety of Corporate Sponsors, OAHE was one of the fastest growing Environmental Services associations in the US.
Rod has a Bachelors of Science in Operations Management from Provident University and is Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certified
Rod is a proud father of 5 children and "Poppy Rod" to 8 grandchildren.
Terry Pollard, BA, MA
Senior Vice President - Administration
Terry is a skilled innovator and creative leader with over 40 years experience in the non-profit industry. He has successfully managed multiple staff teams and has also served as a teaching coach and mentor to non-profit management, leadership, and entities both nationally and internationally.
His expertise is in communication and he is a master facilitator in the development of policies and procedures for non-profit and corporate entities.
Terry is responsible for Management training and on-line course development.
Terry has a Bachelor of Arts in Religion from Kansas Christian College. He also has completed graduate studies toward a Master of Arts degree.
Terry is a proud father of 5 married children and "Grandpa Terry" to 16 grandchildren.
Terry resides with his wife, Diana, in Des Moines, Iowa.
Dean Baskell, MBA
Senior Director
Dean has been in the Cleaning Industry for 30 years. His expertise is in development of staff and managers.
Dean founded his own consulting company, Baskell LCC in 2002 and saw it grow into a multi-Media juggernaut in the on-line consulting and development arena.
Dean joined Cedar Creek in April of 2019 as Senior Director. He is continuing the development of our Certification Programs.
Dean has a BA in Leadership from York University and a MBA from University of Toledo.
Dean and his wife, Lorriane, are the proud parents of 2 children and grandparents to 3 grandchildren.
Dean and Lorriane reside in Toronto, Ontario, Canada
