Certified Cleaning Associate (CCA)

Front line staff are the most important people when it comes to keeping the environment clean and stopping the spread of germs. Regardless of your particular setting, front line staff should be able to handle a wide variety of responsibilities when it comes to keeping the environment clean and safe.

The CCA has 4 levels; Basic Cleaning, Intermediate Cleaning, Advanced Cleaning and Cleaning Organization. The successful candidate would participate in 40 hours of training, both hands-on and classroom setting.

Certified Cleaning Supervisor (CCS)

The cleaning supervisor is an important part of insuring that the environment is clean, the quality of clean exceeds expectations and that the front line staff are completing their assignments on time.

The CCS training has 4 levels: Basic Supervision, Foundations of Supervision, Effective Training and Advanced Supervision. The successful candidate would be required to audit the CCA program and then participate in 36 hours of training, both hands-on, role play and classroom setting.

Certified Cleaning Manager (CCM)

Becoming a manager is more than just understanding how to keep the environment clean and manage a cleaning program; it involves much more on the human relations side and that is a major focus for CCM candidates.

CCM training has 3 levels: Understanding People; Understanding Training and Understanding Performance.

The successful candidate will be required to complete 30 hours of  hands-on, role play and classroom training. There will then be online work and capstone project.

Certified Cleaning Executive (CCE)

Becoming an Executive is more than just understanding how to manage budgets, satisfy clients and plan for the future. All of the great leaders have one characteristic in common: It is their willingness to confront unequivocally the major anxiety of their people in their time. This, and not much else is the essence of leadership.

CCE training has 5 modules: Understanding the Role of the Executive; Coaching For Success; Effective Leadership Skills to Lead Your Team; Increase Your Self Control and Putting Experience at the Center of Talent Management.

The successful candidate will be required to complete 40 hours of hands-on, role play and classroom training. There will then be online work and capstone project.
