Certified Cleaning Manager (30 hours)

Service Description

Becoming a manager is more than just understanding how to keep the environment clean and manage a cleaning program; it involves much more on the human relations side and that is a major focus for CCM candidates. CCM training has 3 levels: Understanding People; Understanding Training and Understanding Performance. The successful candidate will be required to complete 30 hours of hands-on, role play and classroom training. There will then be online work and capstone project.
